This is a commemorative puzzle by Eerste Kamer (Senate of the Netherlands), with a photograph of the Ceiling Paintings in the Assembly Hall of the Dutch Senate.
The States of Holland and Friesland commissioned the painters Andries de Haen and Nicolaes Wielingh in the middle of the 17th century, to decorate the ceiling of their recently built assembly hall. The panels depict the various nations with which the Republic of the Netherlands maintained ties. The photographer was Hans Kouwenhoven.
The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL.
