This is an excellent puzzle by the Italian company Selegiochi. The title is Mosaic II, by Maurits Cornelis Escher.
The puzzle is like NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There is a minor tear on the seal, as you can see in the photographs.
Most puzzles by Selegiochi with illustrations by Escher are very difficult to find. As an example, we can mention the 1000 piece version of Hand with Globe.
