Waddingtons manufactured this puzzle in 1990. The title is The Departure of the Mail, by Heywood Hardy.

The puzzle is COMPLETE (1500 pieces). The pieces are in excellent condition and the box is in very good condition, with just some minor shelf wear.

There are not many puzzles with paintings by Heywood Hardy. The largest one available is the 5000 pieces version of A Meeting by the Stile, by Fame.
