This is a puzzle by Clementoni, belonging to their Mosaico series. It was published probably in the late 80’s and the title is Galtur, Tyrol, Austria.

The puzzle is COMPLETE, as you can see in the photograph of the puzzle assembled. The pieces are very glossy and are in excellent condition. The box is in very  good condition, with some shelf wear, some mold stains, a small bump on a corner, and some tape marks on the base.
