Description

This is a fabulous and extremely rare puzzle by Hestair. The title is Flight into Egypt, by Pieter Bruegel the Elder. You can admire the original painting at the Courtlaud Institute of Art, in London.

The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. The seal is torn, although it remains in place allowing for a bit of aging to the reverse of the box.

Falcon published a 1000 pieces version puzzle of a painting by Frank Dadd with the same theme.

There are a lot of puzzles with paintings by Pieter Bruegel the Elder. A very rare one is the 3000 pieces version by the Japanese manufacturer Central Hobby of The Tower of Babel.
