This is an interesting puzzle by JR Puzzles. The title in the box is The State Ball, by Wilhelm Gause, although the real title of the painting is Court Ball at the Hofburg.
The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There are some stains in the base of the box under the seal, as you can see in the photographs.
