MB manufactured this puzzle in 1985, as part of their Aquarelle collection. The title is Rothenburg ob der Tauber, but there is no reference to the artist on the box.
The puzzle is COMPLETE (504 pieces). The pieces are in excellent condition. The box is in very good condition, with some shelf wear.
