Heye manufactured this very rare puzzle in 2002. The title is Berlin, by German cartoonist Michael Ryba. There are two other 8000 piece puzzles by Heye: New York, and 2000 Years. They are all very rare, and on the wish list of many collectors.
The puzzle is COMPLETE, as you can see in the photograph of the puzzle assembled. The pieces are in excellent condition. The box has suffered some wear. The poster is in very good condition. The pieces are packed in eight zip bags. One piece looks very fragile due to the way the puzzle was cut, and it has been packed separately in a matchbox.
