1000, Skala, Boy with Dog, Ter Borch

This is a beautiful and very rare puzzle by Skala. The title is Boy with Dog by Bosch. However, the painting is actually called Boy Ridding His Dog of Fleas, and is by the Dutch Baroque painter Gerard Ter Borch the Younger. You can admire the original artwork in the Alte Pinakothek in Munich.

The puzzle is COMPLETE. The pieces are in good condition, yet with some wear due to age. The box is in poor condition, with discoloration of the lid, some dents, and tears in the corners.

Several manufacturers published puzzles of artwork by other Dutch Baroque painters. Bluebird, for example, published a 1000 piece version of The Glass of Wine by Johannes Vermeer. Puzzelman manufactured a 1000 piece version of The Goldfinch by Carel Fabritius.
