This is a magnificent puzzle by Japanese brand Epoch. The complete title is The Triumph of Divine Providence and the Fulfilment of its Purposes under Pope Urban VIII. The painter of this fresco was Pietro da Cortona.

The puzzle is like NEW, with all the pieces SEALED inside the original plastic bag. The box is in excellent condition.

There are some other puzzles with images of some famous ceilings, like the 8000 piece version of Trionfo degli Asburgo, by Luca Giordano, or the 2000 piece version of Triumph of Saint Ignatius, by Andrea Pozzo, both of them by Educa.
