Educa manufactured this puzzle in 2003. The title is Leda Atomica, by the Spanish artist Salvador Dalí. They also published a 1500 piece edition in 1996.
The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There are some stains in the box.
Educa has produced several puzzles with different paintings by Dalí in different sizes. One example is the 1500 piece version of Dream Caused by the Flight of a Bee Around a Pomegranate a Second Before Awakening.
