This is an interesting puzzle by Educa, belonging to their Neon series. The title is Manhattan, New York, and it is a fluorescent puzzle.

The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There is a small depression on the lid, with a small tear in the corner under the seal. There are also some minor scuffs on corners.

In 2001 Educa published a 1000 piece version of Fire in the Sacred Mountain, which is also a fluorescent puzzle.
