Druon manufactured this nice puzzle in 2003, as part of their Passion Art series. The title is Honfleur, but there is no reference to the artist on the box.

The puzzle is COMPLETE (1500 pieces). The pieces are in very good condition. The box is in very good condition as well.

In 1980 MB published a 1000 piece puzzle with a photograph of this French city.
