Heye manufactured this very nice puzzle in 1985. The title is Frei nach Spitzweg: Romantic Town, by German cartoonist Michael Ryba. Like most old Heye puzzles, it is now difficult to find, especially in new condition.

The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. The seal has a tear at the bottom of the puzzle, as you can see in the pictures.

Heye has published a lot o puzzles with illustrations by Michael Ryba. An example is the 4000 piece version of Trafalgar.
