This is a very rare puzzle by Italian manufacturer Clementoni. It is a fragment of the painting The Garden of Earthly Delights, by Hieronymus Bosch.

The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There are some small stain spots on the rear side, as you can see in the photographs.

There are several versions of this puzzle in different sizes. One example is the 1000 piece version by Educa, very similar to this one.
