Description

This is an excellent puzzle by Clementoni. The title is  Birth of Venus, by Sandro Botticelli. He is one of the most important artist of the Renaissance. Consequently, many of his works are available as puzzles.

The puzzle is COMPLETE (3008 pieces). The pieces are in excellent condition. The box is in very good condition, except for a couple of tape tears on the base.

Together with The Birth of Venus, the most famous painting by Botticelli is probably the Allegory of Spring, which several puzzle brands have published. The most important one is the 6000 piece version by Schmidt, although there are smaller versions.

There is another 4000 piece version of The Birth of Venus by Educa, with a very distinctive burgundy frame. And there is even a similar 4000 piece version also by Clementoni.
