Perfect manufactured this nice 350 piece puzzle in the mid 50’s. The box mentions the title A Delicate Situation, and shows no reference to the artist. The actual title, however, is A Game of Chess, by the British 20th century commercial artist Vernon Ward.

The puzzle is COMPLETE, as you can see in the photograph of the puzzle  assembled. The pieces are in good condition, especially considering their age; they show signs of prior use, but their images are intact. The box is also in good condition. The base is in very good condition, but the lid has broad red tape on all corners, as you can see in the photographs.
