This is a rare old puzzle by White Horse. The title on the box is The Village, by Jan Brueghel the Elder.

The puzzle is COMPLETE, as you can see in the image of the puzzle assembled. The pieces are in excellent condition. The box is in very good condition, with minor scuffs and dirt, and with some tape remnants on the base, as one can see in the photographs.

Several manufacturers published versions of this painting by Brueghel: Ravensburger published a 3000 piece version of it, with the title A Country Inn, and Arrow published a 4000 piece version with the title Village Landscape,
