This is a very rare puzzle by Pelikan, coming in a book-shaped box. The title is The Hülsenbeck Children, by Philipp Otto Runge. You can admire the original painting at the Hamburger Kunsthalle, in Hamburg.

This puzzle is not for sale and it only appears for documentation purposes.
