Description

This is a rare puzzle by Schmidt, one of the very few in wood. The title is Portrait of Leonilla, Princess of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn, by Franz Xaver Winterhalter. You can admire the original painting at the Getty Museum, in Los Angeles.

The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There are some small tears in the seal.

In 2007 Heye published a 1000 piece version of Victoria, also by Winterhalter.
