Heye manufactured this very nice puzzle in 1997. The title is Merry Ski Night, by Marino Degano. Like most old Heye puzzles, it is now very difficult to find.

The puzzle is COMPLETE as you can see in the photographs. The pieces are in good condition.  The poster and the box are in very good condition with some shelf wear and tape marks.

Heye has produced a lot of puzzles with illustrations by Marino Degano. One example is the 4000 piece version of Pro & Contra.
