1500, Wild Horse, Winter Landscape with Skaters and Bird Trap

This is a very rare puzzle. The name of the brand in the box is Wild Horse, and there is no reference to the title, only the name of the artist: Breughel. It is a very well known painting titled Winter Landscape with Skaters and Bird Trap, although the title appears modified in different versions of the scene. Sometimes it is simply Winter Landscape with Skaters, and some other times it is Winter Landscape with Bird Trap.

There is a very similar version manufactured by Flamenco.

Both Pieter Bruegel the Elder and Pieter Brueghel the Younger painted different versions of this landscape. However, we haven’t been able to match this one with any of the different versions that are available. We don’t know who the author is, and clarification from visitors to the site will be appreciated.

The puzzle is COMPLETE (1500 pieces). The pieces are in excellent condition and the box is in very good condition.
