This is another extraordinary puzzle by Falcon that it is now very difficult to find. The title is Village in Winter. Although the name of the artist on the box is Frans de Momper, the actual author of the painting was his uncle Joos de Momper, in collaboration with Jan Brueghel the Elder. It depicts a typical day by a canal in The Netherlands during the first part of the 17th century. You can admire the original artwork at the Hamburger Kunsthalle, in Hamburg.
The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There are some scuffs in the corners of the box.
Falcon produced some magnificent large art puzzles that are now very rare. One example is the 5000 piece version of The Embarkation of Henry VIII at Dover.
