This is a very interesting puzzle by Bekking & Blitz. The title is View on the Casino in Cannes, by Kees van Dongen. You can admire the original painting at the Singer Laren Museum in The Netherlands.
The puzzle is COMPLETE (1000 pieces), as you can see in the photograph of the puzzle assembled. The pieces and box are in excellent, like new, condition. There is just a small tape mark on the base.
