This is an excellent puzzle by Clementoni. The title is Universal Judgement, by Michelangelo. Clementoni published a 3000 piece version with the same image, and also a similar 1000 piece uncropped version that shows the complete fresco.

The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There are some minor scuffs on corners and small tears on the seal.

Another name for this painting is The Last Judgement. It is, in fact, a fresco covering the wall altar of the Sistine Chapel in Vatican City. It is a depiction of the final and eternal judgment by God of all humanity.
