Heye manufactured this puzzle in 2007, as part of their Puzzle Royal collection. The title in the box is Victoria, and there is no reference to the artist on the box. However, the real title is Queen Victoria, by Franz Xaver Winterhalter.
You can admire the original painting at the Royal Collection of the U.K., Grand Entrance & Marble Hall, Buckingham Palace, City of Westminster (Great London).
The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL.
Another puzzle in the same series is the 1000 piece version of Madame de Pompadour, by François Boucher.
