Jumbo manufactured this fun puzzle in 2020. The title is Eurosong Contest, by Jan van Haasteren.

The puzzle is COMPLETE (1000 pieces), as you can see in the photograph of the puzzle assembled. The pieces are in excellent condition. The box is in good condition, with two tears on two corners of the lid.
