MB manufactured this puzzle in 1994, as part of their Voyage collection. The title is Snowy Matterhorn.
The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There are some small tears on the seal and minor scuffs on corners.
There are quite a few puzzles with pictures of this famous mountain. Educa published in 1987 a 5000 piece puzzle with the title The Majestic Matterhorn and a very similar image.
