PTZ manufactured this puzzle in 2001. The title is Flower Fairies, by Cicely Mary Barker.

The puzzle is COMPLETE (1008 pieces). The pieces are in excellent condition. The box is in very good condition, with some wear and tape remnants.

PTZ published a 1000 piece puzzle with the same title, also by Cicely Mary Barker. In 2005 Ravensburger published a set of two puzzles and included this one with the title The Apple Blossom Fairy.
