Ravensburger manufactured this puzzle in 1997. The title is The Poor Poet, by Carl Spitzweg. You can admire the original painting at the Neue Pinakothek, in Munich.

The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There are some minor tears in the seal.

There are several versions of this puzzle. In fact, Ravensburger published a 750 piece version in the 70’s.
