This is a very rare puzzle by the Rijksmuseum. The title is Winter Landscape with Skaters, by Hendrick Avercamp. You can admire the original painting at the Rijks Museum, in Amsterdam.
The puzzle is COMPLETE (1000 pieces). The pieces are in excellent condition. The tube box is in very good condition. The poster is in very good condition as well.
