This is a very rare puzzle by the Finnish brand Tactic. The title is Luxembourg Gardens, by Albert Edelfelt. You can admire the original painting at the Finnish National Gallery.

The puzzle is COMPLETE (1008 pieces). The pieces are in very good condition, but with signs that the puzzle has been assembled before. The box is in very good condition, with some shelf wear.
