This is a very nice puzzle by Unicef. The title is Port of Matsumae-Esashi, by Teiryo Kodama.

The puzzle is like NEW, with all its pieces inside the original plastic bag. The plastic bag is not sealed because the manufacturer used a plastic clip to close it. However, the bag and the pieces are untouched, so the puzzle is listed as SEALED BAG. The box is in very good condition.
