Educa manufactured this puzzle in 1995. The title is Dans le Boulevard, by Jean Béraud.
The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. The box has some shelf wear and a minor bump on a corner, as you can see in the photograph.
There are several puzzles with paintings by Jean Béraud. MB published a 1500 piece version of Paris Street Scene, with a very similar scene.
