This is an old puzzle by Falcon. The title is Napoleon III Receiving Queen Victoria at Cherbourg, by Jules Achille Noël.

The puzzle is like NEW, with all the pieces SEALED inside the original plastic bag. The box is in very good condition with some minor wear on corners and edges.

In 1981 Ravensburger published a 750 piece version of this puzzle with the title Cherbourg Harbor.
