The real title is Vishwaroopa. It is an Indian artwork from the 18th century. You can admire the original at the National Museum of New Delhi. It depits Lord Krisha showing his cosmic Vishwaroopa form. Vishwaroopa is the 8th avatar of Vishnu. This image also appears in some editions of the Bhagavad Gita, which is part of the Mahabharata.

It is a type of old Hindu map known as Lokapuruá¹£a. Those maps show the cosmos comprising all the worlds in the form of an anthropomorphic figure. It was part on an exhibition held at the National Museum of New Delhi in 2015. The title of the exhibit was Cosmology to Cartography. A Cultural Journey of Indian Maps. You can get more details about it here. A book appeared a couple of years later.

The Museum of New Delhi organized the exhibition in association with Kalakriti Archives, in Hydebarand. This Indian city is the location of one of the most important private collections of historical maps in India: the Prshant Lahoti Collection.
