Jumbo manufactured this puzzle in 2003. The title is The Last Hay Load, by Cornelis Jetses.

The puzzle is COMPLETE (1500 pieces). The pieces are in excellent condition. The box is in very good condition, except for a bump and a small tear in a corner.

Jumbo also published a 1000 piece version of this puzzle with the title The Last Harvest.
