This is a very rare puzzle with an illustration by Boris Vallejo: The Dragon and the George. There is no reference to the manufacturer on the box. The company APC (American Publishing Corp.) published some of his puzzles with an identical box design in the late 70’s and early 80’s. However, this particular edition was produced in Döhlau, Germany, in 1981, perhaps with a license from the original publisher.

The puzzle is like NEW, with all the pieces SEALED inside the original plastic bag. The box is in very good condition, with some shelf wear.

Castorland published a 1500 piece version of Tiger Girl, also by Boris Vallejo and his wife Julie Bell.
