Heye manufactured this puzzle in 1999. The title is Happy 2000, by German illustrator Jan Birck, who signs as Jabo.

The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. The box is in perfect condition.

Heye has published several puzzles with illustrations by Jabo. An example is the 1500 piece version of Rallye Italia.
