Description

Nathan manufactured this very nice puzzle in 1985. The title is Tea Room, by the French painter Jean Béraud. The title of the original painting in French is La Pâtisserie Gloppe. You can admire the painting in the Musée Carnavalet in Paris.

The puzzle is COMPLETE, as you can see in the image of the puzzle assembled. The pieces are in good condition, with some wear on the edges. They are packed in two zip bags, containing the left and the right parts. The box is in very good condition, with tape remnants on two sides, as you can see in the photographs.

Other puzzle brands have also used paintings by Jean Béraud for their puzzles. Examples are the 1500 piece version, by MB, of the painting Paris Street Scene, and the 1500 piece puzzle by Educa of the painting Theatre du Vaudeville. There is also a 3000 piece version of this latter painting by MB, but it is very difficult to find.
