The puzzle is COMPLETE (3000 pieces). The pieces are in excellent condition, except for 1 piece with a broken knob, as you can see in the photographs. The box is in good condition, with a tear on an edge.

Most jigsaw puzzle brands have published different versions of puzzles with images of the city of New York. One of the classic ones is the 5000 piece version of New York City that Ravensburger produced in 1992.
