Educa published this puzzle in 1998, although there is an earlier edition from 1988 and a later edition from 2006. Although the boxes are different, it is the same map and the same puzzle. The title is Typus Orbis Terrarum, by Abraham Ortelius.

The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL.

There is a very rare 2000 piece version with a similar version of this Typus Orbis Terrarum by Japanese brand Tenyo. Besides, another map by Abraham Ortelius appears in the magnificent 18000 puzzle by Ravensburger, Historical World Maps, which is very difficult to find nowadays.
