Description

Jumbo manufactured this magnificent puzzle in 2016, but it is already hard to find, especially in factory sealed condition. The title is Tiles of Barcelona.  This epic tableau of tiles celebrates the reception of Christopher Columbus by the Catholic Monarchs of Spain in Barcelona, on his return from his first voyage to the New World.

The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. The box is in excellent condition. There are a few minor tears in the seal.

There are several art puzzles commemorating the discovery of the New World by Columbus. The manufacturer De Vuurbaak, for example, published a 1200 piece version of Columbus Discovers America by Johan Herman Isings, and Educa published a 1000 piece version of Columbus’ Dream by Salvador Dalí.
