Description

Nathan manufactured this very rare puzzle in 1995 and it is now very difficult to find. The title is The Fleet’s Arrival in the Islands, by Gustave Alaux, and it belongs to their collection Grands Peintres. The real title of the painting is Arrivée de l’Escadre de Grasse à Saint-Domingue, and it is now part of The Carmen Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection.

The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL.

Nathan has produced some beautiful art puzzles belonging to this same collection that are now very rare. Another example is the 3000 piece version of Wedding Reception in Bermondsey, by Joris Hoefnagel.
