This is an interesting puzzle by Ravensburger as an special edition for Le Livre Chez Vous, Editions du Quotidien, which is a publishing company located in France. The title of the painting is Capitulation of Ulm, by Charles Thévenin.

The puzzle is like NEW, with all the pieces SEALED inside the original plastic bag. The box is in very good condition, with some stains on the back, as you can see in the photographs.

Ravensburger published a 2000 piece version in 1976.
