Description

Educa published this excellent jigsaw puzzle in 1996.  It has been out of catalog for some time now and is difficult to find. The title is Le Parnasse, by the classic Baroque painter Nicolas Poussin. You can admire the original painting at the Prado Museum in Madrid.

This puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There are bumps on two corners of the box, as you can see in the photographs.

Educa also produced an 8000 piece version of the same painting, which is equally hard to find nowadays. Ricordi published a 1500 piece version of The Triumph of Pan, also by Poussin.
