Nathan manufactured this puzzle in 1984. The title is Ruyter Sets off from Texel, by Eugène Isabey. You can admire the original painting at the Musée National de la Marine, in Paris.

The puzzle is NEW, still in the FACTORY SEAL. There are some minor tears to the seal, which have led to some small areas of wear to the box.

Naval battles make beautiful puzzles. Another example is the 1500 piece version of The Kent Captured by Surcouf, by Ambroise Louis Garneray, which Nathan published in 1981.
