This is a very rare puzzle manufactured around 1970 by the German company ASS (Altenburger und Stralsunder Spielkartenfabrik). The title on the box is Reiter Wandteppich, or Equestrian Tapestry. It is a tapestry of Persian origin, but here is no reference to the author on the box.
The puzzle is COMPLETE, as you can see in the picture of the puzzle assembled. The pieces are in excellent condition. The box is in good condition, with some shelf wear. There are remnants of a price ticket on the lid and tape remnants on the base, as you can see in the photographs.
