This is a beautiful puzzle by Trefl. The title on the box is Angel Musician, but the real title of the fresco painting is An Angel Playing the Lute, by Melozzo da Forlì. You can admire the original painting at the Vatican Museums.

The puzzle is COMPLETE, as you can see in the image of the puzzle assembled.  The pieces are in excellent condition. The box and the poster are also in excellent condition.
