This is an excellent cartoon puzzle by Jumbo. The title is The Music Shop. The original cartoon was published by the studio of Jan van Haasteren, and the cartoonist was Rob Derks.

The puzzle is NEW, with its original FACTORY SEAL. There are some minor tears in the seal on the back corners.

Jumbo has published many puzzles with illustrations by Jan van Haasteren. An example is the 3000 piece version of Gallery of Curiosities.
